I recently had the pleasure of interviewing #developer, #engineer and #producer Dan Korneff from Korneff Audio, creator of legendary plugins like Chocolate Milk, and Pawn Shop Comp.

We discussed audio #plugin design, #analog inspiration, and using #linux for #proaudio workloads. 😎

Make sure to check it out here:

My new album comes out in a couple of weeks - any radio hosts / bloggers / music writers who want a copy, just let me know and I'll ping over a download code.
(also if you want a copy but can't afford it, drop me a DM and I'll share one too).

I personally think kickstart.nvim is a great place to start. It is not as complex as the various Neovim distros out there, because its a single file but it is still very usable. Due to this approach it feels a lot easier to change something, because there is only one place. TJ also has a video on kickstart.nvim where he explains it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m8C0Cq9Uv9o&t=103s One thing I also did in the beginning is installing different versions site-by-site e.g. Kickstart.nvim, LazyVim, AstroVim etc. and switch between them using NVIM_APPNAME

Sometimes, when I tinker with my neovim config, I just feel like a drooling half-wit who has no idea what I'm doing
..and they say Windows is easy. Just had the terrible experience of installing windows on a laptop to sell. Took ages, and lets not mention the amount of missing drivers after the installation was "finished". 🤬
My normal arch installation (or almost any linux installation even) takes maybe 10-15 minutes with installation and configuration and it's ready to rock. Lets hope I never have to install this sloperating system ever again. #linux
Bought a new, used Thinkpad. Booting the default sloperating system wasn't even considered.

Move Everything..seems like a great upgrade/expansion.

Move Everything hacks Ableton Move for custom devices - and accessibility - CDM Create Digital Music

Move Everything is a hack for Move that lets you run custom synths, effects, and controllers alongside stock Move functions. But the truly momentous development is that its creator has added screen reader support, which makes Move the first truly standalone groovebox open to blind and visually impaired users.

Good Idea: Make GrapheneOS Mainstream

https://motorolanews.com/motorola-three-new-b2b-solutions-at-mwc-2026/

Most people never get to choose a truly private phone, not because they don't care, but because the secure options always felt too technical or too niche. That's changing.

Motorola just announced a partnership with the GrapheneOS Foundation! Bringing one of the most respected privacy-focused operating systems into the hands of everyday users.
No more choosing between security and a phone that just works.
