@Karma_J I set up a pi-hole on my network and I don't regret it one bit. I use various browser-based blockers, too, because the DNS blackhole can't do it all. And VPN when necessary.
@BlackAzizAnansi I went and closed out the last remaining meta account I had (half-forgotten instagram account) yesterday. I don't want to be part of this. I hope it kills the now-hellish birdsite, though.

I know of at least 2 companies that couldn't use it in products because the name was too close to "buttplug" and the open source licensing would require docs of the name.
