Behold, the dumbest commit(ment to the bit) in @buttplug.io history.

Changing nomenclature from Actuator/Sensor to Output/Input just so buttplug dot io is REALLY io.

This is a gigantic change that took a few hours, but tests pass. Thank fuck for rust-analyzer.
