Basically, he is somebody (with lots of followers) that doesn’t believe in democracy.
Less democracy = making America weaker.

from 20:01 we’got pollster results …
@MattGertz where I live, voting stations close at 20:00 and we have elections results by 22:00.
Counting process is done mainly by the same citizens that staffed voting stations (random selected citizens for each election)
(at 22:01 we have estimated results from pollsters which are usually quite accurate)
only reason for all this long process in the USA: you want it this way.

@Sheril agree… mostly. Mastodon has a good technical-human architecture to allow for a better information. But it is also a human system and it is subject to all human “vices”.
This means: corruption, manipulation, lies, marketing, ecc.
Am optimistic about mastodon. Not so much about humanity.
