BenfA little sad to find that the NSPCC (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children) have decided not to sell personalised letters from Santa this year. They are selling a ‘Kindness Kit’, which is nice in its own way, but not as personal as the letter.

Pet peeve: when other school run parents park 6 inches from the front bumper of my car.
Mitigated somewhat by me leaving a bigger gap between me and the car behind, but nevertheless highlights a lack of thought for others.
I’ve spent a good chunk of my day off enjoyably creating a shell script which uses https://github.com/charmbracelet/gum to let me select from a set of python scripts and run the one I choose. It also activates and deactivates the python virtual environment and prompts for arguments if the chosen script requires them. Good fun! And no AI involved!
