@bdatlrides .. I disagree. GDOT has no business in mass transit. Outside of specific projects that they already work with MARTA on, they don't have funding available for mass transit.

@bdatlrides Marta does not fall under GDOT. To my knowledge, no mass transit authority falls under a state transportation agency. They are independent. If you want more mass transit, lobby your local representatives about raising money (taxes) and earmarking it for Marta.

Today's phrase that makes me angry: "God won't give you more than you can handle."

Not even 8-year-olds who die of cancer? Not literal slaves? Not those so plagued with depression that they feel no choice but to end their own life?

What a naive position that betrays one's privilege.
