Mandalorian & Grogu was a bit underwhelming for me. I’m a Star Wars fan and there’s some good action in there, but story wise it felt pretty forgettable. Not bad, just not one that’s going to stick with me.

Well that was stressful! 😅
Obsession has a simple “be careful what you wish for” premise, but it really gets under your skin. It keeps ramping up from the start, then slowly unravels in a way that feels properly tense. Lead actress is brilliant too. One that sticks with you.

Beautifully filmed - genuinely felt like watching something from the late 70s. They nailed the era. Strong Wagner Moura performance, great soundtrack.
Only gripe: too much slow burn at 2hr 41min. Could've been tighter.
Was buzzing for Bugonia and happy to say it absolutely delivered! One of the best I’ve seen all year – clever, sharp and kept me guessing. I went in blind and think that’s the best way to get the full impact.

#TheBrutalist has set the bar high for 2025! Over 3.5 hours (inc intermission), but I was hooked the whole time. Excellent cinematography (filmed on vistavision, finished on 70mm film) with brilliant performances from Adrien Brody & Guy Pearce. A long one, but worth it! #Movies
