There's been a lot of chatter about #wayland lately. I really want to like it, but unfortunately, I use the Awesome window manager. I primarily prefer it because 1: it's a tiled desktop environment, 2: desktops remain on the monitor they were set up on, and 3: a tile can be shared between multiple desktops without being shared on all of them.

I had hoped that "Way Cooler" would solve that problem, but it died.

Ah, #democracy, the finest form of government there is, bar none. Just imagine, every single citizen, regardless of intelligence, education, or mental stability, given an equal say in the running of the #government.

It's like giving a thumbs-up or thumbs-down to a group of monkeys running a space station. Sure, the monkeys may not have any idea what's going on, much less what they're doing, but by golly, they've got the power to #vote on it!
