Apparently Musk doesn't understand the word "Free", it's a common condition found in those citizens who won't get vaxed or wear a mask because it infringes on their freedom yet want to ban books, stop gay marriage and force women to have babies.
Selective understanding and the "do as I say not as I do" philosophy often accompany this quickly spreading ailment.
