Well, it was a pretty clement 10.6C (77% humidity) for today's 14.1 km walk. Didn't help the speed any at 9:36 per, or the exercise value at 65% (lightly light 97 bpm),
Don't really know what would help. Getting younger, probably. Training, probably. Neither of those two are happenin'. Must be something easier.

Bit of a temperature drop for today's 14.1 km walk, down to 7.8C and 83% humidity. Bit of a heart rate drop also to 91 bpm, which was a restingly light 61%. Dropped the time to 9:28 per km.
None of that makes any sense. I begin to doubt the accuracy of Chance (the iWatch).

Just ambling along on today's 14.0 km walk at 9:36 per km. Or so I thought. Hah. A whopping moderately vigorous 125 bpm (83%). This is unheard of, at least this year. Fromage Louise.
Anyway, it was 20.6C with 70% humidity.
