Went back to check out some of the new paywalled AI features in iWork. The AI image generator is just a duplicate of the existing Image Playground with less fancy UI and more refinement options 😅 Calls out to OpenAI just the same…
Subscription money well spent.
My app Surfed 3 (macOS) was rejected by Apple for the following reasons:
The app unlocks or enables additional functionality with mechanisms other than in-app purchase, which is not appropriate.
Specifically, the app uses OpenAI API keys to unlock paid ChatGPT functionalities.
The iOS app and Surfed Pro (iOS, macOS) have already been approved. In my view, entering the ChatGPT API key is not a violation of the guidelines, right?
