Former expatriate in East Africa. Lived for many years in Kenya and Tanzania and worked there and in Ethiopia, Uganda, Zambia and Mauritius.

Malting and agriculture (barley, tea and sisal).

Interests: cycling, our rescue dogs, bird watching, travel, tinkering with computers, photography, reading, simple cooking.
