"vanuit zijn blik als wetenschapshistoricus kan @ccmmody @FasosMaastricht wel met zekerheid zeggen dat de geschiedenis anders was gelopen als oliebedrijven hadden vastgehouden aan hun enthousiasme en toewijding voor alternatieve energie en milieu"...

At the 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 I helped develop and create the online journal 𝙎𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨, and its second issue is now out! I worked on this issue too but the heavy work was done by my excellent colleagues.

This issue features articles by long-time heavy weights Donald Worster, Jane Carruthers, John McNeill, and Tom Griffiths, but also fantastic pieces by Sara Gregg, Hou Shen, Sumana Roy, and Miles Powell.

OK so I'm usually on the skeptical side of things when it comes to AI stuff but I think http://chat.openai.com may actually spell the end of writing assignments? Where the hell do educators even go from here? (below: a question I just asked on a midterm, and the AI's response)

@natureculture Ah! I did not know. That certainly sounds like a bad decision in many respects...
Day 2 of the Colonial Dimensions of the Global Wildlife Trade conference. Looking into both photographic and taxidermic traces in the town of Alfeld:
