Do you know what installing Windows as many times as I have does to the human mind.

Don’t have time to get into it now, but I’m on team “make the fediverse so great that it attracts more people,” and not team “yell at those who use big social.”

And I’d encourage the same from everyone who wants to @spreadmastodon.

Things I ask myself:
- Have we done everything to make it super easy to join Mastodon and find great follows?
- What do organizations need in order to experiment on Mastodon?

Every developer who built on Twitter has had to make a decision about what to do as their API is changing in the next few days.

Here's my plan. I'm not going with them. If the API changes break my software, so be it. We had a good run. We gave it a go (h/t to Succession).

Today I scanned all 864 pages of a single issue. 864 pages. Single issue. Here are some cleaned up scans. I'm now going to take what I learned and come up with a process for dealing with these things, and with 214 to go, I better make a process that doesn't kill me.
