Paris - Lisbonne / Lisbonne - Paris, sans avion et sans devoir passer une nuit à l’hôtel.
Tout ne s’est pas passé comme prévu (à l’aller et au retour).

Lessons learned:
* only travel on SNCF and Renfe so "Agreement on Journey Continuation" applies and I can hop on the next train for free.
* pay with my credit card so (maybe) any fees are covered by its travel insurance.
Overall, the journey was nice and I’ll do it again. But I could do without the stress.
TL;DR in English :
TGV from Paris to Barcelona was 1h40 late, so I missed my Iryo train to Madrid. SNCF and Iryo don’t care about each other so I had to book a last minute ticket for the next train.
On the return trip: Iryo was 1h late so I missed my connection to Paris. I was lucky enough to be able to find a seat in the next TGV (it was full until miraculously a seat became available).
The night bus was nicer than I expected.
