Actually, I bet if everyone did refuse, and let their account dormant for a couple of weeks, you would suddenly see American Big Tech transforming into the fiercest defender of your privacy rights, using their powerful network of lobbyists to fight these invasive government regulations.

They need you more than you need them.
Force them to work for your rights.
Do not comply.

Glad you kept your eyes opened. I'm not for CCTV everywhere but some extra ones traffic lights would help to report those dangerous idiots.

That and extensions such as uBlockOrigin not able to perform extensive ad blocking because of manifest V3.

You can also download the whole dataset / source in vector format if you prefer but you'll have to render and generate tiles yourself. You can download the whole source in raster too but you'll need to include it in different zoom levels.
