Meet Lupita, our newest foster kitten! I heard her meowing when I was gardening the other day - turns out she was stuck under our porch stairs. We dismantled a small part of our porch and got her out with the help of some fishy canned food.

Seen yesterday: eastern bluebird and American white pelicans. Also saw (but couldn't photograph) bald eagles, ring-necked ducks, buffleheads, hooded + common mergansers, red-winged blackbirds, turkey vultures, a downy woodpecker, and a red-tailed hawk.
