@ai6yr Use Arnicare cream on it. You can buy at most grocery stores or pharmacies. I use one by Boiron. Not too expensive. Really helps backaches almost immediately. REALLY!

@HumToTable I would use all the seeds as they may grow! I’ve read that some seeds last up to 12 years.

@fitzbew248 I wish you peace now. Did she live with you at home? Alzheimer’s is a tough disease. My brother-law died at home from it (almost a year ago) where my sister & I cared for him for five years.
