Remember to secure your lightbulbs correctly in their mounts… lube shop said I may have a leak in the passenger side headlight housing… I checked and confirmed a “leak”.😂

I think of it more like a drain hole for the water that gets in there naturally due to poor design. 😉

That bulb dropped through the housing like reactor in a meltdown.

Bulb died at some time, but it was on for a while after it fell out from the looks of it. It also explains weird burning plastic smell a few weeks ago. 😂 Replaced it and secured correctly until new housing arrives.

I had absolutely no idea exactly how bad Windows 11 built in scanner app is for photos.

The need to scan photos does not come up that often, usually just text. But I had to scan a pic of baby PykeBoyy for his year book.

And here are the results from [Left] Scan (Win 11 Built-in), [Center] VueScan 9 (trial), and [Right] NAPS2. Scanner was Canon MG6300 Series Printer.

Yes, Scan was just that bad in preview as well as file. 🤮 , VueScan was better, but with lots of artifacts in the collar 😐 , but NAPS2 came in for the win! 😀 🎉 👍

Double edged sword having the Norway Maple and Japanese Maple in front of our house.

Their fall colors make people stop and take pics due to being so vibrant!

But they do drop a lot of leaves. 🙃 We eventually chop them up into mulch for the non grass areas of the yard, but until then they really pile up! 😁

Never seen this before! Ibgoogled a hotel room for an October weekend in Newberg OR and saw an option for $3.00 for our stay at a major chain. Not $300, three decimal zero zero.

Went over to the app for the hotel and sure enough. It was even better at $2.55 with corp discount.

What the heck? My son was, "Um, who died in that room?!" 😂

Booked it for the heck of it to see if it was real. So far so good! 🙃
