Haven't mentioned it here when I paused my birdsite, but I'm on a hiatus from social media for a few months. Felt like I was talking more than actually writing... hopefully this break helps.
Shipping out pre-orders of Orijit Sen's RIVER OF STORIES today!
It's really a phenomenal book and an important piece of graphic novel history. If you haven't yet, pick up a copy:

Currently reading Stephen King's Fairy Tale, am about 200 pages in. Is it just me or does this feel a bit like wish-fulfilment? An older man who literally has a source of magic + wealth that the world is unworthy of handling. Meeting a boy/disciple who's capable, and who will take forward the legacy the right way. And the old man can now die happily...
Once I might have thought the magic well was drugs (sorry Mr. King), but now maybe it's just creativity?
