The answer is obvious, you want a #boostsunday every #sunday. That's why I decided to do the first boost day today. I look at all the photos with the hashtags #photography and #potd.

You can also leave pictures in the comment section I'm also looking at these.

At the end of the day I make a top 4 with the best photos and I place these on my account with the corresponding photographers.

A boost is appreciated, this way we get a wider audience.

Day 7. (Mer de Glace)

The Mer de Glace is a glacier on the north side of Mont Blanc. The glacier with a total length of 12 km is the national glacier of France, after the Aletsch Glacier in Switzerland the longest glacier in the Alps. The Mer de Glace is located in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. The glacier has an icecave that you can visit.

Despite being huge, Mer de Glace used to be much bigger. To prevent melting, the area around the entrance to the ice cave is covered with a special cloth. #potd

I think it’s time to do an #introduction about myself after a week.

My name is Sam Emmers a 20 years old hobby #photographer from the Netherlands. I am active on Instagram but left #twitter to find a better place. I love #hiking in #nature but #cities also attract me. I currently study for Elementary teacher. My goal for the future is to visit as much of the world and take my camera with me.

Day 6. (Lac d'Émosson)

With its 225 million m3 of water, the Emosson lake is the second largest artificial reservoir in #Switzerland.

The Emosson dam, built between 1969 and 1973, is the keystone of a major hydroelectric complex straddling Switzerland and #France, at the Gueulaz pass. Two hydroelectric power stations provide almost 3% of the electricity produced in Switzerland. The wall's height is 180m.

The dam is not the only attraction there are also traces of dinosaur footprints.

Day 5. (Col de la Colombière and Col des Aravis)

The Col de la Colombière is a mountain pass in the #French Alps, in the Haute-Savoie department. The mountain pass is best known for cycling stages in the Tour de France. (elevation 1613 m)

The Col des Aravis is the only mountain pass that crosses the Aravis range. The mountain pass is best known for cycling stages in, for example, the Tour de France. The Col des Aravis was first included in the Tour de France in 1911. (Elevation 1487 m)

Day 4. (Aiguille du Midi) The Aiguille du Midi is a 3,842-metre-tall (12,605 ft) mountain in the Mont Blanc massif within the French Alps. It is a popular tourist destination and can be directly accessed by cable car from #Chamonix that takes visitors close to Mont Blanc. It held the title of the world's highest cable car for about two decades. It still holds the record as the highest vertical ascent cable car in the world, from 1,035 to 3,842 m (3,396 to 12,605 ft). #potd #photograhy
Day 3. (City of Delft) Delft has a worldwide reputation thanks to its relationship with Johannes Vermeer, Delft blue pottery and the Royal House. There are a variety places of intrest you can visit: canals, churches, mansions and courts. The university city also offers canal cruises, museums, markets and many pubs. #potd #photography
Day 2. (Huis ter heide) Huis ter Heide is a nature reserve located between the towns of De Moer and Loon op Zand, northwest of Tilburg, in the Dutch province of North Brabant. The size of the area is about 1000 hectares. The flora and fauna in the area are the water lobelia, the bluebell gentian, the sundew, the moor frog and the pinniped salamander can be found here. Scottish highlanders also graze there, to ensure a greater variety of vegetation.
