Pretty sure you just clip it on to the headstock, turn it on, pluck the string and turn the knob until the arrows stop showing up and it just says a letter. I think it works by being sensitive to the vibrations. Never used one like that personally though. Kinda magic.

The general answer is when its in the mix, you turn the reverb up high, keep lowering it until you can just about make out there is still reverb on there, then turn it down a tad from there. It should work as glue to pull the track together

I heard the cockpit area between the handlebars and the seat is the same size for all bikes. But you can get an extended pole for the seats and can do some further adjustments to handle bars. Best just go to an ebike store and ask and try some out.
