@xabean My old subie hood became problematic, I *could* have just replaced the sticky hood release cable, but I waited too long and the hood latch froze all together, and I needed to cut the hood latch off, which did a lot of periphery damage.
tldr; fix the latch / cable before it becomes a bigger problem...

@jws I found OpenSCAD is great for straight forward models, but pukes on complex objects, and vector based solids.
