Amidst all the doom-retooting, and inspired by @norbertwoehnl, here's a few pictures from a trip I had about a year ago.

(Why are almost all of them ships?!) (Not that that's a problem)

These were all taken with a Sony HX-99 that I bought for its size and extreme zoom capabilities (40×, hell yeah!) — yeah most of these are in the high-mm end of the range. The dynamic range is a bit meh, focusing is weird, and some of the decisions Sony made are stupid, but it's a good kit for casuals like me.
