@sixcolors That is one photogenic lemon.

@film_girl Neo also boasts a significantly better screen, trackpad, and design than $300 Chromebooks.

That isn't to say USB 2 sucks, especially since the port is unlabeled. I suspect USB 2 is A18 Pro's limitation and will likely be addressed in the next revision, along with an increase to 12GB of RAM.

@marcoarment My *very generous* Liquid Glass score, using Jason Snell's scale:

- iOS: 5
- iPadOS: 4
- macOS: 2
- tvOS: 5
- watchOS: 1

The only way I can use the Workout app is via Siri. Thankfully, it gets it right most of the time.

@stim3on It eerily evokes the Alderaan scene in Star Wars.
@_inside Yes, please! You could even do it as a pull request on https://github.com/siracusa/GlassEffectTest

@sixcolors HomePod TV would be even more suitable if Apple TV becomes a soundbar. Apple should make 2 models: (1) a HomePod TV mini for those who already have speakers, and (2) a HomePod TV Pro with Sonos Arc-like audio features.
@sigmund Is that available on Apple TV, formerly known as Apple TV+ or Apple TV app, where you can rent and purchase movies and TV shows?

I own a pickup truck and a drill press. I have a right to own them, I think.

There's nothing in the Constitution about pickup trucks or drill presses.

I also own a rifle.

Nobody wants to take away my drill press or my rifle.

I just don't think a pickup truck, a drill press, or a rifle require a Constitutional Amendment.

The truck requires me to periodically demonstrate my ability to be a responsible owner/driver and that seems very reasonable. A rifle should require something similar and even more stringent and yet it doesn't.

The Constitutional Amendment relaxes the requirement for responsibility for firearm ownership. That's just wrong.

The main argument I hear for retaining the gun ownership Constitutional Amendment is that firearms are needed to combat government tyranny.

And yet here we are daily witnessing the single most obvious tyrannical activity: masked, unbadged, armed men are attacking civilians in American cities.

Where are the men with Constitutionally protected firearms? Why are they not fighting tyranny with their rifles?

@CARROT The app should credit every musicians.
@sixcolors Great article. I want to recommend Nomad (not the case maker), which is very price competitive and easy to use. https://www.getnomad.app
