Free. Open-source. Self-hosted first — run it on your own infra, own your data, no lock-in.
But here is what I have not said out loud yet: there will also be an official hosted SaaS. Same codebase. No crippled edition. No paywalls.
Built properly, not "good enough". Permissively licensed.
