What the actual fuck. One of my favorite political commentators, Mehdi Hasan, has been speaking out very eloquently, with his usual evidence-based arguments, in favor of Palestinian rights. And as a result, MSNBC canceled his popular show. The very first person I tripped over on the Fediverse was a fascist who didn't want me to have the freedom that I had on Twitter. Likewise the second person I met who banned me from 2 instances because of it.

Amateur hour may have its cutenesses but it also has the potential to be thoroughly unprofessional & arbitrary.
