@davidnjoku I avoid the device generally. Watching the FIFA Women's World Cup with my family is a rare exception. (We live in Australia.)
Another bluesky invite came down the pipeline. So if anyone wants one, now is your chance.

Addendum: this is draft 2 of the space opera that, well, my elevator pitch was "Iain isn't writing any more, alas, so let's see if I can do something that makes readers feel the same way as his Culture novels without in any way being derivative of the Culture".

@AusHistPod I enjoy being on there; it's got a good mix of people from the #auspol demographic. But a part of that is "not being flooded by Nazis yet". Moreover, some of the Trust and Social stuff seems subpar, giving me the feeling it wouldn't handle a "flooded by Nazis" situation.
@Marvin Sorry: just used up my one for this fortnight.
Bluesky invite - I have *one*. Get in contact if you would like one.

"But it's the Blade of Fate!"
"Sorry."
"It's destined to help me kill the Dark Lord!"
"Old Runsy?"
"Runsy?"
"I went to school with him. Did you know he's mortally allergic to cats?"
