@[email protected] this is actually a really dishonest take. what is in the comic is a famous statue that was made in historical times with the main meaning of being dishonestly equated to things like pornographic novels in books put in children's libraries in schools. also, this generally comes off as more concerned about some smut books over the lives of the children while claiming to care more about kids. EI, this is double speak.

@dangillmor there is also the fact that the bill that they are trying to pass will make anyone that wants to use a VPN into a felon with a 20 year sentence...maybe they shouldn't make bills that they think people will just accept openly...just saying.
@StevenBeschloss how about the fact that the person was a mentally ill person to begin with and even has a manifesto. what radicalized the person? what was the motive? why did the person do it? all we can do now is wait and see what was written in the person's manifesto. it may reveal more than what is needed for the whole thing. wagging your finger at republicans and begging for a hitler styled arms confiscation is what will actually result in "fascism" that you all claim to hate so much.
