so, we'll have an album's worth of tunes recorded by the end of the year, but, as an unsigned band, we might have to release them on our own label?!
so, has anyone ever set up a label to release some tunes into the world? any tips or links to resources you'd like to share with us?

thanks to an #EosCymru grant, we'll be recording our tunes across the next few months
after that, we'll need some help with getting our work made into a for-realsies album, so, we might need a label!
i often describe what we make as #dreampop, #postrock, #ambient, or #slowcore, but i don't think any of those terms are really accurate
so, which labels are good with genre-straddling bands that are *slightly* harder to categorize?
any thoughts on who might wanna take us on?

we had some awesome news on #WelshLanguageMusicDay! turns out we've been awarded an EosCymru grant!
the whole lot of it will go directly into Llyr Pari's purse, as he'll be helping us to create some super-cool sounds. Llyr's been a member of / worked with y niwl, sen segur, melin melyn, and he's also part of gwenno's live band, so - we're excited about working with him!
(don't forget that our first single is still out on Cae Gwyn Records)
