Most managers see teams as vehicles for delivering software. This misses the bigger picture. The value of any iteration of the software is ephemeral, and the code itself is a liability: it has negative value.
What has far more value over the lifetime of a software product or system is the capability of the dev team to keep hitting a moving target - to rapidly, reliably and sustainably adapt the software.
I see software delivery as a vehicle for building teams. The team is the *real* product.
Every year, the LA LGBT Center hosts its Senior Prom, for people aged 50 and older. It's a chance to celebrate for those who couldn't enjoy their teenaged prom because they were not living as their authentic selves — or for those who just want to go to a great party. Here, Advocate shares some of the photos from the 27th edition, held last month. "Seeing the sheer joy and pleasure that was afforded this group of seniors makes my heart smile. They really look like kids at a prom, I love it! We all deserve joy in all seasons of life," writes digital photo editor Nikki Aye.

Did you know you can easily search through your own Mastodon posts?
Just include from:me in the search field.
Instead of this, you can include in:library to show posts you have interacted with or written yourself.
If you want to search through posts of a specific user, include from:username (the full username, including the instance)
If it doesn't work, have a look at this:

A follow-up post regarding the Mastodon search tips: If the search options don't work, the reason might be that your Mastodon instance maintainer hasn't implemented Elasticsearch. Also important: do not use capitals anywhere in the search conditions. E.g.: "From:me" doesn't work.
