6/ Now someone asked, "What is QA?".

QA stands for "quality assurance".

This is one of the most important aspects of building and marketing product.

Basically, it's when you look at software and assess whether or not it's good enough for release.

QA comes in many forms. Part of it is bug fixing. Another part of it is using software in ways devs don't intend. Yet another part is assessing problems with UI/UX.

This is critical for software development!

One of the things I most appreciated about Twitter was the ability to truly hear voices from outside of my own experience. Other communities, based on background, geographic, political, racial, sexual, religious affiliation. The chance to just listen (and NOT respond) for our own education is so rare. Just reinforces that there is no 'Them' - we're all just 'Us'.
