@rmounce @pcastromartin @openstrath I can't take credit there -- no tune-ups from me -- just good spadework from the folks at Scottish institutions. William Nixon presented a paper at the Open Repositories conference a few years ago about the shared focus on #OpenAccess by Scottish institutions. Definitely a lot of knowledge sharing, etc.
