New iPhone cameras are great, but tell me more about that iSight box on the set.

Not sure when it changed, but Logic Pro on iPad now supports Stage Manager.
Logic on iPad is really incredible. My 2018 11" iPad Pro is able to power a Tascam US-2x2 over USB C - including an attached XLR mic, receiving its input as well as MIDI from an attached keyboard. No auxiliary power...except on the powered studio monitors. Using an iPad to power all of this really brings up some interesting opportunities around ergonomics and setup. I no longer need a full laptop or desktop for this.
Kind of wild to think the “modern” Mac era (with Mac OS X) is longer lived than the “Classic” era (if we use 2002, when Jobs buried OS 9, as the dividing line).
Mac OS X has spanned 3 popes; Classic Mac OS spanned only 1.
