@1password I hope the revamped search also includes being able to search right from the Home tab in iOS. 🤞 Having to go to a separate tab is a bit clunky. Especially when I always want to start and end on the Home tab.

@1password Downloaded the update. Sadly, no search from the Home tab. 😔 Please consider putting Search at the top of the Home tab, at least as an option.

@1password Reordering fields will be great. Once you fix that, I’ll just have one complaint left (that I can think of at the moment). Why does the Mac app intermittently forget window size and position and defaults to a weird small size in the middle of my display? I wish it would stay the size I set it to like any other great Mac app.

@pingje I’m still on 7 because I was following the conversations on their forums during the beta and it sounded like a never-ending shit show. But they broke search? How does that happen?

@1password Can you fix the chrome web extension? The setting to select which "Accounts & Vaults" to use (e.g. yes to my work one, no to my personal one on my Chrome work profile) gets forgotten so every time I close Chrome or reboot I have to remember to reconfigure the chrome web extension or else personal passwords might end up in work and vice versa.

@blake haha thank you! 😁 There are two headings here now. I think moving the sort button on the right to the right of search bar since both filter the list. And hiding the search bar the way it hides in Settings and Mail, or any other stock app by Apple. Now it seems like the list is just scrolled up a bit to hide rhe search bar.

@1password the blog also reminded me that iOS password management could be unlocked with the phone’s passcode if biometric authentication fails, but 1P falls directly back to the master password. Look forward to all these improvements.

@adie Hey Adie! You can already set 1Password for iOS to never require your account password when using Touch ID or Face ID.

You can adjust this under Settings > Security > Require Password > Never

Quick Note: Your account password will still be required if the device is unable to use biometrics.

@1password Is there a feature on the roadmap to set subdomains as unique sites? I have many subdomains under example.com and they all get suggested to auto fill on any of the subdomains.

The one feature I miss from LastPass

@1password Feature request: Please allow us to choose which special characters will be used in the generation of a password. It’s time consuming and annoying to keep hitting generate or hand editing the password to be able to meet requirements of systems that can only take certain special characters
