Today I completed a decade long immigration journey and became a citizen of the United States of America. After living so long on one side of the looking glass I’m excited to be here and able to participate fully. It honestly feels a bit surreal.

My first #iRacing Formula win was quickly followed by my second! Qualified in P2 at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve and got a great launch at the start that allowed me to take the better line into turn one and overtake for the lead. Having a win under my belt makes a mountain of difference in terms of keeping your cool while leading.

Finally got my first formula car win in #iracing tonight and feeling proud of myself. Qualified in 7th but the race managed to break my way and I was left with a great opportunity in the final laps to take the lead. Onwards to my second hopefully! 🙏

Sim racing rig prototyping is coming on apace along with some beginnings of familiarity with Fusion. Pursuing a shorter design with a pull-out slider extension for the pedals that should allow it to fit length-ways into the closet.
