After several incredible seasons, ETHiX Racing Team will be winding down operations. While the team structure is closing, both Steven Carlile and Chelsea Carter will continue competing in the Owltone Cup Series under the ETHiX banner for the remainder of the season.
We want to extend our deepest thanks to our supporters - Vegan Easy, Little Bear Sanctuary, Firestorm Books, and mailbox - for believing in our mission, and for all the work they do to better this world. We will continue to promote and support their efforts when and where we can.

The unfortunate reality of it is that I personally do not have the ability to make ETHiX what I wanted it to be. From the conception of our vegan focused sim-racing team in 2014 as Pulse Autosport, and through it's transition to Positive Movement Racing with a collaboration with other teams, I haven't been able to make meaningful progress. In 2017 we hit our peak, and since then it's been on the decline. I've tried carrying this as long as I could, but now I feel like it's time to shift focus away from building a team and back to building myself. Thanks for being here, and I hope you'll continue to ride with me moving forward. - Steven

Tough sledding last night at Talladega, with the lone highlight being a stage 2 win for @carlile.
Carter started the race with a drive-through penalty which put her a lap down for stage 1 and part of stage 2, and was part of an accident on lap 45, sustaining significant damage. Still, she was able to continue on to finish 14th.
Carlile struggled in stage 1, unable to make progress towards the front, but put himself in position to take the stage 2 win and secure those valuable bonus points. Fuel saving allowed him to stay on track after a caution came out with 2 laps remaining, sending the race into overtime. Restarting in 5th with a good chance to win, he was unfortunately tagged in the left rear on the final lap while attempting to avoid contact from a car to his outside. The spin would relegate him to a 17th place finish.
