@garius I don’t manage to switch my brain off. I try to redirect it; instead of working through something, I try to think about a story or a memory or a place I want to go to and how that would be. That seems to trick the brain into the dream world. Doesn’t always work, though, sometimes it takes ages especially going back to sleep.
