@jbf1755 Like many, I am relieved that Donald Trump has finally been indicted. It’s been a long wait. But I am also aware and humbled to be watching history being made. I am watching in real time the indictment of a former President of the United States for attempt to overthrow an election. It is a breathtaking moment.
@flexghost The problem is that this not a new Florida issue. There has long been a conflict between intellect & ignorance in the US. GW Bush celebrated it and Trump has gloried & codified it.
@flexghost It certainly is a testament to the power of grievance politics and the state of race relations in the US.

@nuncio @flexghost So how does Alito qualify the following: Article III, Section I states that "The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish." The Constitution establishes the Supreme Court, but it permits Congress to decide how to organize it. It’s Congress that decides the size of the Court. The ethical requirements that do exist were created by Congress.
