Denny@flexghost I was looking around for stories about significant numbers of people moving away from some of the increasingly hostile-sounding southern states. Didn't occur to me that it'd show up in professional demographics first, although it seems obvious in hindsight.
I hope things keep looking forward rather than backward there, overall. Watching with horrified fascination from the UK - where we have our own problems of a divided nation, but with our own spin on it all obviously. I still keep getting confused by the fact that north/south and red/blue correlations with richer/poorer are all the other way around over there!

Don't even think about going to college there, in a few years, that degree won't be worth a middle school certificate. Just LEAVE. You know that the climate is changing, that you won't be able to afford insurance for a home that may be wiped out by major hurricanes... Get out while the border is still open.

It will be almost impossible for graduates to know when it starts too. Their resume' will simply disappear more often than those from other candidates. After a few years of that people will begin to wonder if there is a blacklist of FL universities and by then it will be too late to prevent damage to the careers of hundreds of thousands of FL graduates.
