@Marleen and @Waag will never fix the internet. They believe too much in law, government, instrumental reason and habermassian ideals. These tech-optimists are just as worse as ecomodernists with their techno-fixes. Tech fails everywhere today and certainly in the heads of these optimists... Not only is Technology not neutral, it is bankrupt. I am just waiting for it to see it collapse alltogether and laugh at their sorry asses...
