@peter @VE7WYC in addition to having to deal with my own Association, as part of my law practice I’ve represented hundreds of them over the last couple decades.
I tell people constantly that I have way more respect for the criminal defense clients I’ve worked with than the HOA ones, because on some level many of the former group at least operate from some baseline code of honor.

@peter I remember reading that some guy had installed a variation of this (Claude Bot? I don’t remember what exactly it was named) and it literally called him the next day. Like, the AI he was running found his phone number online and called his phone and started asking him what to work on. He never gave it his phone number.
