Got tired of wet PETG and my qidi q2's terrible spool holder. So ended up printing parts for those cereal container dry/printing boxes.
Wow, my phone camera is incapable of capturing the thing while the leds are on. So heres it while it's off.

Had to do a second print for the case. The keycaps are also just PETG transparent filament prints. Overall turned out really nice!

...Most of those wall hooks were already there when we moved in. This is actually better than how it was previously setup.
I guess I'm maintaining a rockbox port now.
Still things to do before I upstream it and provide builds, but the HiBy Pro R3 II has been an excellent device to tinker with while I try to drown out life a little.

I copied and tweaked the batocera linux kernel config, and now audio is yes.
Although it seems to crackle when idling. Some tweaks are needed, but everything is now detected!
