Sucessfully made it to yonkers, missing my baby lulu deeply 💗 pics of said loaf lulu included

So I've been knitting for around a year now, and I just realized that I'm twisting my stitches 🙃 (thanks to a lovely mastodon user!) Now the next step is fixing twisting my stitches.. I literally cannot figure out what I am doing wrong with my knitting to have my stitches end up twisting, does anyone have any advice? I cast on using long tail cast on and #knit continental style :) any help would be appreciated
