Good morning. I'm here taking some photos and videos of the Gadsden Strawberry Festival. At least I was welcomed in Gadsden. I would have been chased away from the canine obstacle course event happening in Anniston. Its too bad too, since I love dogs.

Good midday. I see some on social media are complaining about my beard stubble. So what & who cares? I have found there are a lot of people on social media who will hate and complain about me on just about anything. And I struggle with ingrown hairs, so I let the beard grow out.

Good midday. The hatred, violence, and bloodshed people had to endure during the Civil Rights Movement was so sad. Standing on the Edmund Pettus Bridge while covering the Walk For Peace Buddhist Monks reminded me of their struggles. Now, we may be repeating history again.

Good evening. I guess we are heading back to the times before the Civil Rights movement. The Supreme Court is allowing Alabama to use district maps that will diminish African-Americans making their preferred choices for elected offices. And you know its going to get worse.
