Luftfartsselskabet Ryanair har indgået en ny aftale med selskabets administrerende direktør, Michael O'Leary, der gælder til og med april 2032. Aftalen sikrer foruden lønnen også O'Leary en købsoption på 10 millioner aktier, hvis visse betingelser bliver opfyldt.
