@margo Just about everything a person CAN try except for hardcore sleep meds--my primary care doc hasn't wanted to prescribe them, which is fine--I don't really want to take them...but I have a sleep medicine appt later this month (as part of a post-covid recovery clinic), so if they tell me take meds, I guess will. It's been almost 2 years now.

@ravensrod HA! I guess I'll find out for sure eventually--my sleep medicine appt is at the end of this month. I'll feel like a schmuck if that's what the docs discover. ;p

On nights when I don't #sleep, or I don't sleep well, I always wonder if maybe I AM actually sleeping-- but dreaming that I have. #insomnia, and I'm too neurologically damaged from #COVID2019 to tell.

@Kkondrlik If I'm having this much trouble with German, I can imagine how much Swiss German would be! I'm told most people in Basel do speak English.... I just feel bad for making them have to. :(

Every vote counts in crucial Pennsylvania and the Monroe County Democrats need help getting ballots cured, and mail in ballots turned in.

Even out of state volunteers can make calls to remind voters.
