That It's-It really hit the spot after a bike ride in this heat.
I've liberated the LM940's display and USB cable from its stand and got it mounted under my monitor. Nano tape FTW
I was tempted by the Little Guys. Definitely did not buy anything from the big wet pile of Li-Ion batteries
Other finds from last weekend's Electronics Flea Market

My partner saw this at a table and was messing with it, and they guy running the table told her "You touched it, it's yours now." He said he was one of the co-founders of Netgear! Said that they moved offices and his boss left this behind, so he swiped it. "His boss" being the other co-founder, Patrick Lo.

We did some research, and Lehman Brothers (yes THAT Lehman Brothers) were the lead underwriters of Netgear's IPO. I suspect this was a gift to Patrick from the IPO.

First Electronics Flea Market of the year! It's amazing how you find stuff you didn't know you needed until you ask about them.

Picked up this HP retail display for 5 bux, and a piece of Netgear history.

This last week, my flight home was on a parallel approach into SFO runways 28L/R with another plane. Managed to catch part of it on video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4Yvi_kCVo8

I'm not a fan of transit systems with tracks and stations in the middle of freeways, but boy is it a good advertisement for it when trains go screaming by all the stop and go traffic.
The CueCat popped into my head today. I remember people really making fun of it back in the day, but QR codes to pull up a website are a thing now, so was it just ahead of its time?

Flew my first cross-country flight as a student pilot yesterday! San Carlos to Paso Robles, CA. Felt like my first "real" flight with all the planning and navigation involved.
