I've mixed up some whole wheat brioche dough for my partner to turn into cinnamon rolls. I was making this recipe all the time a few years ago, it's been a while. #BreadPosting

Here's what I'm taking to work this week:

Jasmine rice salad with black eyed peas, bacon, collards, bell pepper, garlic, lemon juice, and garam masala; roasted sweet potato on the side.

Kimchi udon topped with sesame and green onion, and a meatball/burger recipe I made up: equal parts ground beef and black beans, a bunch of Chinese black bean garlic sauce, binder or dries to adjust; served over green beans briefly cooked in the black bean liquid and some of the sauce.

Packed lunches this week are sambal noodles and cabbage
Tonight's dinner is leftovers from two nights ago, stuff I made for my mom. The kale-lentil salad that's in my packed lunch rotation, and a vegan soup my mom likes that I made non-vegan for a special occasion (I also didn't do the step that makes the soup thick/glossy because I was feeling lazy). First night we had it with a red bell pepper focaccia my mom made and some of the red wine that went into the soup; tonight we had camembert on crackers and a marionberry cider.
It's also time to make persimmon-raspberry-chipotle sauce
