I missed the moment when the simple and true word “money” was replaced with a purposefully dull and non-consequential expression “payment method”.

I run OS El Capitan (2015) on one of my home devices. Safari there can have as many tabs open as I please, and each tab remains at the position I left it, having rendered what it had rendered. I can open a dormant tab in a day or a month, it’ll be as if I came back to it after a brief break. On latest macOS and iOS, tabs in Safari, if I need to open them after they went on the background, take forever to re-render and “guess” my previous scroll position. How’s that even progress.
